Through yoga games, songs, play and asana, Natty Little Yogis children’s classes allow for a fun fascinating time in a stimulating and stress free environment.
Children are able to explore the many ways in which yoga can help concentration, promote self esteem and regulate emotions. The yoga sessions will improve physical and mental well being for your child.
We offer classes for various age groups:
Yoga & Mindfulness for pre school children (3-4 years)
(Currently only within schools/ private group sessions)
Yoga & Mindfulness for children (5-8 years)
Saturdays 45 minute classes starting at 9.30am
Yoga & Mindfulness for children (9-12 years)
Saturdays 45 minute classes starting at 10.20am
Children should wear loose comfortable clothing. Our classes take place at The Wine Twit on Nightingale Lane. (Parents of pre school children are welcome to stay).
