Stretch & Relax Course

Build flexibility and strength, manage stress, relieve anxiety and depression; learn how to quiet the mind. Teenagers will learn how to gain control over body awareness and breath to increase their overall health. A great complement to those overwhelming school and extra-curricular schedules.
